Kre-Alkalyn

: Kre-Alkalyn No doubt many of you are aware of the supplement creatine. This supplement has been proven in numerous studies to improve the performance of athletes involved in any exercise or sport with a power component (i.e. sprinting, rugby, weightlifting, tennis etc.). Creatine supplementation increases the body’s pool of phosphocreatine, which plays an important role in the production of energy for short bursts of strength or speed. If you have a bigger pool of phosphocreatine the length of your explosive bursts will be lengthened. Due to the fact that it’s a supplement that is truly effective in providing a performance edge it has been extremely popular amongst a large variety of athletes. However creatine in its most commonly available form creatine monohydrate powder, has also caused reported side effects, mainly excessive water retention. The side effects weren’t due to the creatine itself, but a toxin by-product known as creatinine. The formation of the by-product was due to the creatine monohydrate converting to creatinine almost immediately when diluted with a liquid. Fortunately there has been a scientific advancement, a buffered creatine, known as Kre-Alkalyn has been developed, which even when diluted with any liquid will never convert to creatinine. Due to this fact, a loading phase as required when using conventional powder is no longer necessary. So not only are there none of the side effects that are associated with conventional creatine, the amount required is significantly less and works out cheaper than the conventional.
