Body Position

 

Body Position The winter is coming, and with it the itch to hit that squash ball! The tip this week is an area where a lot of people have problems with. When you are hitting from either side, make sure that whichever foot you are hitting off, you get your body turned far enough around to get some power into your shot, and then when you hit, you don’t spin out of the shot too early. If you do fall off the shot, the ball tends to spill out into a loose shot off the wall, and doesn’t have the same power on it. Try to be in a very stable position when you hit. This will keep your direction and pace on the ball under control. If you need rackets or shoes, we have our Annual Shop Sale on right now.
