Sets and Reps
Fitness Tip This week’s fitness tip is on sets and reps. First of all those of you wanting to increase your strength for endurance so you can keep going and going need to be on 15+ reps 3-4 sets. Those of you wanting to tone up would be on 12-15 reps 3-4 sets. Those wanting bigger muscles need to be on 8-10 reps and 3-5 sets. Those training for pure strength, do up to 8 reps,and 3-6 sets.
