Hitting Out of the Forehand back Corner
When you are going into the back corner on the forehand, it is a good idea to lead in with your right foot rather than your left. There are a couple of good reasons for this. Firstly, it keeps your body more open to the front of the court, so it is easier to get the ball down the wall, or even cross court. Secondly, you are quicker out of the back and on to thr T after you have hit the shot. If you have gone in on your other foot, you have to turn right around to get in, and get back. Try it with some routines if you don’t already do it. Anything to make the court smaller is good! Cheers Rob
